How you know your cat likes his new toy

Furio went absolutely crazy for this new cat toy.

On a related note, I'm COMPLETELY becoming the cat owner I promised I wouldn't be. I hope it's not too trouble to skip these posts if they're of no interest to you.

Here's what we'll do: I''ll put up a poll where you can vote (anonymously) on whether or not you are already sick of hearing about Furio. If the vote goes against the little fuzz ball, he'll rarely show up on the blog again.

Why you should read 43 folders if you own a Mac What I've found though is that, while the book is thorough and complete, there are all sorts of little tid-bits being passed around online that make one's commitment to productivity even easier. In the same way that there are many Mac rumor sites, but if I only have time to check one I check TUAW.com, there are many sites on productivity, but there is one that is more perfect for me than any other: 43Folders.com.... He's quite clever, and one of his recent posts contained the above quote which reminds me of Good Will Hunting and is certainly one I'll pull out in conversation in the future.

The trusted system <p> If I didn't do this, I wouldn't see notes at all between the class I in which I took them and the final exam, and I'd forget which classes yielded critical ideas.... I got in the habit when I was 14 of writing his initials at the top of my page along with the date and name of the class every time I take notes, and in the more boring lectures, this triggers some pleasant reminiscing. Honestly, I don't do this for literally every class anymore (because I'm often scrambling at the bell to prepare for a possible cold call), but I get it right about 80% of the time, and that's enough to trust the system. </p>
